Our city is rocking with three new FM Radio Channels and everyone is definitely caught with the FM fever.The Radio Revolution is here and its here to stay. But before this revolution becomes everlasting, The Bigbrainz Club has recognized the true potential of this refreshing entertainment.
To spark you from head to toe, there is once again being organized, the sintillating SALAAM NAMASTE.
SALAAM NAMASTE 2006, a Bigbrainz club event was organized and Our teams performed on the All India Radio (FM channel & Short Wave) and went ahead to win more competitions at the state level. It opened the doors of creativity for the students and once again, we hope to bring a revival of the old-n-faithful radio for the Generation Next. This year again, The Bigbrainz Club is organizing SALAAM NAMASTE 2007, at Intra College and Inter College Level and this time successful teams and Best performing RJ will get a chance to be heard on BigFM radio channel along with the Big Prizes.
Here we go and give you a platform to show your real talent. Come, participate and win exciting prizes and a fabulous oppprtunity to sparkle. So, roll your sleeves and say Get Set Go..!
Event Details :
Inter College Event 27 Oct at SAC (1 PM onwards)
Prize Details :
* Top 3 teams and best performing RJ will get Tropies.
* All participating teams will get certificates and gift coupons.
* Teams are required to mail the following details for registration :
1. College Name
2. Team Name
3. Names of all Members (max 4, 1 lead RJ + 3 members )
4. Script in detail
5. An audio recording of your complete show. (Cellphone recording is acceptable)
* Last date for sending entries along with the script and recording is Oct. 25 Please send you scripts at siddharth@bigbrainz.org
* In-house scrutiny of all the scripts recieved on or before 25th Oct, will be completed by 26th Oct.
* Qualifying teams wil be intimidated on 26th Oct. by 2:00 pm
Rules :
1.) The participants will be performing behind a screen and hence will not be visible, only heard.
2.) Each team will be given 8 mins to perform.
3.) The teams are allowed to use recorded music, live instruments and any other sound effects, as long as they arrange for it themselves.
4.) A desktop will be provided to every team. If needed, participants can bring their own laptops.
5.) Team members of a team, should be from the same college and should carry their respective Identity Cards valid till date.
6.) The number of members in a team should not exceed 4.
7.) This event is open only for the students of engineering colleges falling under RGPV.
